As is the past, the BE community shall celebrate the 76th anniversary of the Independence Day of Pakistan with traditional fervour, and enthusiasm.
In collaboration with the BE Management, Sehri’s eVants, and Civil Society Organisation, SOBER is supporting to hold the following events, marking the Independence Day festivities
- AZADI MELA -2023: It is a multi-event celebration that Sehri’s eVant is doing, in collaboration with, and at the expense of the centre point, Fitness centre. The MELA spans over two days, 13-14 August. It comprises fascinating attractions, including flag-hoisting, national songs competition, shopping stalls, food court, Taekwondo, arms wrestling, etc. Stay tuned for more details, being issued by Sehri’s eVants;
- The Civil Society Organisation, under the supervision of Ms. Zainab Siyal is holding a celebratory function that includes speech contest, drawing competition, and quiz, and sports activities for young children. Community elders, Mr. Sabah Mufti, and Mr. Javed Iqbal Raja are overseeing administrative arrangements, and logistics for the function;
- Tree-Plantation/Free distribution of saplings, under the supervision of Mrs. Salma Kamal, and Mrs. Robina Riaz. (Venue, and time of this event shall be shared shortly);
- Football Match between two teams of the youth of BE at G-Sector Sports ground. It’s details are being separately announced by Mr. Muhammad Anwer Usmani, GS, SOBER.
